Once you are registered please attend practice, wear white t-shirt and black shorts/spandex with sneakers, and bring a personal water bottle

PRACTICE DAYS VARY FROM MONDAY-THURSDAY 6PM-8PM

If there are any cancellations every parent will be notified 1 Hour before practice time via email or GroupMe.
