300 Spartans Youth Association: Refund Policy
At the 300 Spartans Youth Association, we are deeply committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and competitive football experience for every athlete in our program. As an independent youth organization, we operate on a strictly self-funded model. All operational expenses—including league insurance, field rentals, equipment procurement, official fees, and administrative costs—are paid for out-of-pocket by the organization at the beginning of the season based on confirmed registration numbers.
Because these financial obligations are committed upfront to secure the season for our athletes, the 300 Spartans Youth Association maintains a strict "No Refund" policy. Once a player is registered and their fees are processed, those funds are immediately allocated toward the fixed costs required to field our teams. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including voluntary withdrawal, injury, relocation, or changes in personal schedule, once the season has commenced.
